Working with luxury brands, high fashion clients and international stakeholders, the business is known for delivering technically complex, design-led work that pushes creative and production boundaries. This role sits at the centre of that delivery, ensuring projects are executed seamlessly from concept through to final installation.
The Role
As a Senior Project Manager / Producer, you will lead delivery across complex, high-value projects, acting as the key link between clients, internal teams and suppliers.
You’ll take ownership of budgets, timelines and production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to exceptional standards. This role requires someone confident in navigating fast-paced environments, managing multiple stakeholders and maintaining control across all stages of delivery.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead delivery across multiple high-value projects and client accounts
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept to completion
- Manage timelines, budgets and production schedules
- Work closely with creative, design and production teams
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients
- Ensure consistent quality and attention to detail across all work
- Develop and mentor the Projects team
- Improve processes and drive operational efficiency

Key Skills
- Strong project management or production experience within experiential, retail or luxury sectors
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-value projects (£250k–£1m+)
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and budget ownership
- Highly organised with strong planning and scheduling capability
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across disciplines
- Confident in managing international project delivery
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt under pressure

- Proven experience in a senior project management or producer role
- Background in experiential, retail design, visual merchandising or luxury brand environments
- Highly organised with a process-driven approach to delivery
