We are working with an exciting online creative platform who are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Product Designer to join their fully-remote team. This platform is used by millions of creators around the world, and is at a really interesting stage right now in terms of growth.
The successful candidate will be tasked with building out the main product, working alongside a small team of designers to really make an impact in the product’s design, making sure it can reach its full potential. They’re looking for a generalist product designer who enjoys the entire design process, working across different projects; someone who is an effective communicator and a team player who can work in multi-disciplinary teams to solve complex problems together. You must be passionate about design and keen to keep learning and evolving as a designer, and will have a proven track record working on successful products.
Essential Responsibilities:
- 8+ years of Product Design experience, ideally with some experience working in startups
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing UX and some UI design, including app and web design (this platform is mostly used on desktop / web)
- Proactive; you are a brilliant multitasker
- Enthusiasm and willingness to go the extra mile on each project
- Lots of experience of workflows, wireframes, sitemaps, storyboards and user journeys
- Must have a strong knowledge of the full UX design process from research, definition, ideation, prototyping, testing and iterating
- Exceptional attention to detail and able to be a multi tasker working across various project streams
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work with developers and marketers alike
- In-depth knowledge of the iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Google’s Material Design
- Hunger and drive to help a rapidly evolving company reach their potential, and for you to grow
with it - A strong focus on designing with the end customer in mind
- Expert skills with user interface packages (Sketch / Photoshop / Illustrator)
- Experienced with prototyping tools such as InVision.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
