Creative, Live Events & Experiential Senior Producer Job Description
We’re partnering with a global creative production agency whose design‑led live and experiential campaigns shape brand moments on every continent. With studios in London, New York, Los Angeles and Singapore, they deliver awe‑inspiring physical, digital and hybrid experiences for well-known clients.
They’re now looking for a dynamic Senior Events Producer to join the London HQ and spearhead large‑scale projects while collaborating with teams worldwide
You’ll be the heartbeat of each project—owning timelines, budgets, resources and stakeholder relationships from first brief to flawless delivery on‑site or online.
Working closely with Producers, Creative Leads and Technical Directors, you will:

Lead 360° project management across IRL, digital and hybrid activations

Translate briefs into compelling proposals, treatments and run‑of‑show schedules

Manage client comms, ensuring expectations are exceeded and repeat business secured

Brief and oversee internal studios, freelancers and vendors internationally

Own budgets, POs and billing schedules, driving profitability at every stage

Coordinate content workflows, CMS/registration platforms and talent liaison

Travel globally (up to 3‑months at a time) to deliver world‑class events with a “One Team” mindset
Essential Requirements

5+ years’ agency experience delivering live & experiential projects, with 2+ years in a senior role

Proven success managing multi‑million‑pound events and complex stakeholder groups

Outstanding communication, time‑management and risk‑mitigation skills

Confident presenter, able to pitch creative ideas and negotiate with senior clients

Fluency with project tools (Google Suite, Slack, Airtable, Float; PROCIM a plus)

Comfortable interpreting CAD/fabrication drawings and collaborating with technical teams

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as project needs dictate
