We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer in London to help shape and deliver a distinctive brand across digital, retail and campaigns.

This is a hands-on role for a strong creative who can combine design craft with strategic thinking, bringing ideas to life across multiple touchpoints while contributing to the evolution of a fast-growing consumer brand.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality creative while contributing to the ongoing development of a distinctive and culturally relevant brand identity.

 

The Role

As a Senior Creative Designer, you will take ownership of day-to-day creative output across multiple channels, ensuring consistency, quality and impact.

You’ll be both conceptual and executional, contributing to campaign thinking while delivering polished design across digital, social, retail and web.

This is a role for someone who enjoys working at pace, takes pride in craft, and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping a growing brand.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver high-quality creative across digital, social, web, email and retail touchpoints
  • Contribute to campaign concepts and creative development
  • Support the evolution of the brand’s visual identity across channels
  • Design and optimise key website and landing page experiences
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external creative partners
  • Support content creation, including shoots and campaign execution
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all brand outputs
  • Work cross-functionally to align creative across marketing and brand activity

 

Key Skills

  • Strong visual design across digital, social and brand touchpoints
  • Ability to contribute to both concept and execution
  • Good understanding of brand systems and visual identity
  • Experience designing for web, e-commerce or digital platforms
  • Confident working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and high standards of creative output

 

About You

  • Proven experience in a mid-to-senior design role within a brand or agency environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, digital and campaign work
  • Comfortable balancing creative thinking with hands-on delivery
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative and proactive, with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Interested in working within a fast-growing, ambitious business
