Senior Account Manager – Experiential Agency | London

 

We’re partnering with a leading immersive technology and experiential studio based in London, delivering large-scale, measurable shared experiences for global brands, retailers and entertainment venues.

 

This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially driven Senior Account Manager who thrives at the intersection of creative, technology and live environments.

 

You’ll own key accounts, lead briefs from concept through to production, and drive revenue growth across experiential and media-led campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who loves fast-paced, technically ambitious projects and knows how to turn blue-sky ideas into executable, profitable realities.

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Leading client relationships and owning accounts end-to-end

  • Qualifying briefs and shaping creative responses

  • Partnering with technical production teams to scope and quote projects

  • Driving upsell opportunities and managing six-figure budgets

  • Running client meetings, workshops and presentations

  • Supporting projects from pitch through to live delivery

 

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience within experiential, media, technical production or creative technology

  • Strong commercial instinct and sales mindset

  • Experience managing budgets up to £250k+

  • Confident presenting and leading client conversations

  • Genuine interest in immersive tech, AV, digital experiences or interactive installations

  • Calm, solutions-focused approach in fast-moving environments
