We’re working with a global creative agency known for delivering design-led live and experiential campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands. They’re now looking for a Resource / Traffic Manager to join their London team and ensure smooth resource flow across creative, production and project teams.

You’ll be a calm and confident operator who thrives on keeping things running efficiently—balancing people, timelines and tools across a diverse range of projects from physical installations to digital activations.

Working closely with Producers, Project Managers and Creative Leads, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing short- and long-term resource planning across the studio, production and project departments

  • Scheduling internal and freelance talent to meet project needs, timelines and budgets

  • Leading and implementing planning tools and processes (PROCIM experience a bonus)

  • Attending kick-offs and milestone meetings to keep timelines clear and achievable

  • Producing weekly/monthly forecasts and commercial resourcing reports

  • Identifying resource gaps and managing freelance recruitment accordingly

  • Collaborating with global teams across time zones to support international project delivery

Essential Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a resource/traffic or operations role within a creative or events agency

  • A sharp eye for detail and a natural flair for project planning

  • Experience managing timelines, budgets and talent across multiple projects

  • A proactive, solutions-led mindset—you’re two steps ahead when it comes to bottlenecks

  • Exceptional communication skills, able to manage upwards and across disciplines

  • A deep understanding of the creative process in events, experiential or brand activations

  • Confidence using planning and productivity tools (Google Suite, MS Office, Slack, Airtable)

  • A background in live, hybrid or digital event delivery

  • A willingness to travel internationally as part of global project teams

Salary + Benefits

  • £40,000–£55,000 depending on experience

  • Bonus scheme

  • Hybrid working

  • Opportunities for international travel

  • Collaborative and creatively driven global team culture

  • This is a brilliant opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering world-class brand experiences, working with iconic clients and a passionate, creative team.
