The business is building software used in complex, high-value working environments, with a strong focus on workflow improvement, speed and better decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to join at an important stage of growth and take real ownership of the core product experience.
The Role
This is a high-ownership individual contributor role with a clear path into leadership as the company scales.
You’ll work closely with users, customer-facing teams, engineering and design to shape the roadmap, prioritise opportunities and drive execution across the core product workflow.
What you’ll be doing
- Own the roadmap and execution across a core product area
- Work closely with users to understand workflows, pain points and priorities
- Partner with engineering and design to scope, prioritise and ship quickly
- Drive product quality, release readiness and iteration cycles
- Keep stakeholders aligned through clear, concise communication
- Translate customer and user insight into product decisions
About You
- Proven experience in product roles within fast-paced B2B SaaS or technology businesses
- Strong product execution skills and ability to make sound trade-offs
- Comfortable working directly with users and senior stakeholders
- Able to operate with ambiguity and high accountability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on mindset and willingness to get into the detail when needed
Nice to have
- Experience working on workflow, productivity or knowledge-based tools
- Experience in AI-enabled or technical products
- Background in consulting, research, or complex service-led environments
