About The Opportunity
As an Interaction Designer, you’ll play a key role in defining user journeys, interaction patterns and product experiences across a range of digital products.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the design process, from discovery and concept development through to prototyping, testing and implementation.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing intuitive user flows, interactions and digital experiences
- Translating user needs, research findings and business goals into effective design solutions
- Creating wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interface designs
- Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers and researchers
- Contributing to product strategy and experience development
- Conducting usability testing and validating design decisions through user feedback
- Developing scalable interaction patterns and design system components
- Refining user journeys to improve usability, accessibility and engagement
- Presenting concepts and design rationale to stakeholders
- Advocating for user-centred design principles throughout the product lifecycle
Key Skills
- Experience in Interaction Design, UX Design, Product Design or related disciplines
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design projects
- Experience designing digital products across web and mobile platforms
- Experience working within collaborative product or technology teams
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and UX best practices
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes and user flows
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and effectively
- Understanding of design systems and scalable product design frameworks
Bonus Skills
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions
- Familiarity with front-end technologies and design implementation processes
- Experience within SaaS, fintech, consumer or technology products
