Senior Account Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their team on a temp-to-perm or permanent basis. This role is required to be USA based and remote but ideally suited for candidates based in one of the big cities, for occasional client meetings when needed.

This opportunity is with a creatively-led, independent agency that drives impactful creative, design and innovation for their clients. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of strategists and designers, to deliver creative projects and digital experiences that resonate globally.

The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and organised, with a passion for building strong client relationships, driving account growth, and delivering exceptional creative work. This is a chance to play a pivotal role in shaping meaningful client outcomes while working with a collaborative team.

Essential Requirements: 

• 6+ years of account management experience in creative or design agency.
• Acting as the primary client contact, managing relationships with trust and transparency
• Delivering high-impact design and digital projects – design, websites, mobile apps, and campaigns.
• Partnering with creative and strategy leads to ensure alignment between client goals and team deliverables
• A self starter, working independently but also a strong team player who can multi task across projects 
• Identifying growth opportunities and contributing to account expansion
• Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
• Managing internal teams and facilitating seamless communication across departments
• Strong background in managing multi-stakeholder, high-budget projects
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, and be forward thinking
• A collaborative, solutions-driven mindset with a passion for creative excellence.
