Experiential  &  Environmental Senior 3D Designer Job Description

We’re working with a boundary‑pushing creative production studio that brands call when “conventional” won’t cut it. From CES to SXSW to Cannes Lions, they craft immersive spaces that get photographed, shared and saved. They’re now searching for an Experiential  Senior 3D  Designer who can turn a scribble into a show‑stopping, build‑ready concept, and loves every second of the challenge.

You’ll lead spatial & environmental design for high‑profile clients, translating loose briefs, or co‑writing them, into unforgettable experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Own creative development from first napkin sketch to build‑ready CAD
  • Dive into venues (onsite or Matterport scans) and spot opportunities others miss
  • Produce photoreal visuals and fly‑throughs using Vectorworks, C4D and Twinmotion
  • Present concepts to senior stakeholders, winning hearts, minds and budgets
  • Partner with producers, fabricators and technical teams across time zones
  • Travel globally to oversee installs, troubleshooting on the ground when needed
  • Champion innovative materials, sustainable processes and fresh experiential trends

What You Bring

  • 4–6 years’ agency or studio experience designing for live events/brand activations
  • Portfolio packed with experiential work that stops the scroll
  • Mastery of Vectorworks (2D/3D), Cinema 4D and Twinmotion (or Unreal/Unity)
  • Sharp spatial awareness—able to read a plan, section or Matterport scan instinctively
  • Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable with C‑suite audiences
  • Calm under pressure, thriving when plans pivot at pace
  • Bonus points for motion/render plug‑ins, AR/VR prototyping or fabrication know‑how

Salary + Benefits

  • Competitive salary—£50-60k plus discretionary bonus
  • 22 days’ holiday (+ bank holidays) and 18 extra flexible remote‑working days
  • Hybrid model: Mon & Fri WFH, Tue–Thu in London studio
  • Company MacBook and UK/US dual‑SIM mobile
  • Vitality private medical insurance
  • Global travel opportunities and cross‑office collaboration
