We are on the lookout for a Midweight level Designer with a passion for Branding and Visual Identity who wants to join an agency where they can explore and develop their craft. This agency creates award-winning branding for global clients. They need someone who specialises in visual identity, and truly understands how to reach the desired target audience through innovative and memorable brand mark design.
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, full of ideas and enthusiasm to see their concepts realised. Working with a fantastic senior creative team to learn from and be mentored by, you’ll learn with the best. You must have an excellent understanding of creative communications, a well-developed approach to visual design and crafting logos, and a portfolio of innovative work to demonstrate this.
Essential Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience creating brand identity systems and communications
- Fantastic portfolio full of visually inventive design and evidence of crafting logos
- Passionate about design, and how to create innovation in brand marks
- Entrepreneurial and strategically minded – able to work on a brief from ideation to delivery, and knows how to push a project forward
- A strong communicator who is able to articulate creative and aesthetic ideas choices to team members and clients
- Highly organised and deadline driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently, but keen to collaborate and support others
- Always keen to learn new skills within design software
- Natural problem-solving abilities and fantastic attention to detail
- Must have a right to work in the UKand happy to work on a hybrid basis in the London office
