About The Opportunity

As Creative Studio Manager, you’ll become the operational heartbeat of the creative team, ensuring projects move efficiently from brief through to delivery.

You’ll oversee studio workflows, manage priorities across multiple workstreams and help balance creative resources while partnering closely with marketing, product and leadership teams.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys building processes, improving ways of working and enabling creative teams to do their very best work. You’ll also have the opportunity to introduce AI-powered tools and smarter systems that increase efficiency while maintaining exceptional creative quality.

 


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the day-to-day workflow of a multidisciplinary in-house creative team
  • Overseeing project intake, scheduling, resource planning and delivery
  • Building and continuously improving creative operations and studio processes
  • Facilitating planning meetings, sprint reviews and project prioritisation
  • Working closely with marketing, product and leadership teams to align creative priorities
  • Managing external freelancers and creative partners when required
  • Monitoring studio capacity, identifying bottlenecks and proactively resolving challenges
  • Supporting budget tracking, supplier management and project administration
  • Introducing AI tools and automation to improve creative workflows
  • Reporting on project progress, studio performance and resource utilisation

Key Skills

 

Experience

  • Experience managing creative operations within an in-house creative team, agency or studio
  • Proven background coordinating multiple creative projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with designers, copywriters, video creatives and cross-functional stakeholders

 

Technical Skills

  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Strong experience with project management and resource planning platforms
  • Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience improving workflows, documentation and studio processes
  • Confidence managing budgets, schedules and external suppliers

 

Bonus Skills

  • Experience within a high-growth technology, consumer, e-commerce or digital product business
  • Knowledge of AI tools that enhance creative operations and workflow automation
  • Experience supporting creative production, content shoots or campaign delivery
  • Experience building or scaling in-house creative teams
