About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with a highly respected creative studio delivering ambitious work across brand, digital, experiential and design.
The business works with globally recognised clients, helping shape ideas, creative experiences and meaningful partnerships across multiple sectors. This role sits within the client services team, supporting project delivery, communication and relationship management across a range of exciting accounts.
You’ll work closely with senior client leads, creative teams and project delivery teams, helping ensure projects run smoothly while developing your own confidence and capability within client management.
The Role
As a Client Manager, you will support the delivery of projects and client workstreams, acting as a reliable and organised point of contact for both clients and internal teams.
You’ll help coordinate timelines, budgets, communication and project logistics while contributing to proposals, presentations and client-facing deliverables.
This role is ideal for someone proactive, collaborative and eager to grow within a fast-paced creative environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Support delivery across projects and client workstreams
- Manage communication and updates for day-to-day client relationships
- Assist with project scheduling, timelines and budget tracking
- Coordinate meetings, project logistics and delivery processes
- Support proposals, presentations and client-ready documents
- Collaborate closely with strategy, creative and production teams
- Help facilitate feedback cycles and work-in-progress reviews
- Maintain strong organisation across multiple projects and priorities
- Support senior client services leads on larger accounts and initiatives
- Contribute to positive collaboration across the wider studio
