We’re looking for a Client Director in London to lead and grow key client relationships within a highly respected creative and design-led studio.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with commercial expertise, capable of building trusted partnerships, driving account growth and helping shape impactful creative work across the business.

The business works closely with globally recognised clients, helping shape ideas, solve complex challenges and deliver meaningful creative outcomes. This role sits at the centre of those relationships, leading strategic conversations, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring the highest standards across client partnerships.
You’ll work closely with leadership, strategy, creative and delivery teams to strengthen existing accounts while contributing to the studio’s continued growth and reputation.
The Role
As a Client Director, you will lead major client relationships across the studio, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while driving commercial growth and long-term partnership development.
You’ll oversee strategic account direction, support new business opportunities and help ensure collaboration across creative, strategy and delivery teams.
This is a role for someone commercially sharp, strategically minded and confident navigating both client relationships and internal leadership responsibilities.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and grow strategic client relationships across key accounts
- Act as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders
- Drive account growth planning and commercial development
- Support pitches, proposals and new business conversations
- Help shape strategic and creative responses to client challenges
- Ensure strong collaboration across strategy, design and delivery teams
- Support and mentor Client Managers and Senior Client Managers
- Identify opportunities for studio growth and partnership expansion
- Contribute to operational improvements and ways of working
- Maintain high standards across client experience and delivery quality
