Account Manager / Senior Account Manager – Experiential | Dubai
We’re partnering with a globally recognised experiential agency to hire an Experiential Account Manager for their Dubai office.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional ready to manage and grow client accounts within creative technology, supporting ambitious immersive experiences UAE across retail, entertainment and brand spaces.
About the Role:
As an Experiential Account Manager, you’ll work at the intersection of creative, production, and technology — helping shape client briefs, develop proposals, and oversee projects from concept through to live delivery.
This role offers a clear path to senior account ownership for the right candidate. Sponsorship is offered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and nurture client relationships across experiential and media-led campaigns

Support creative proposals and pitch development

Partner with production teams to scope and quote projects effectively

Oversee project delivery from design through to on-site installation

Identify upsell opportunities and support revenue growth within accounts

Lead client meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams
Requirements:

3–6+ years’ experience in AV production, experiential, creative technology, media, or technical production

Strong client management skills with commercial awareness

Experience managing six-figure budgets or supporting larger projects

Genuine interest in immersive technology, AV, LED, projection, or interactive installations

Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused

Willingness to travel for site installs and regional projects
Salary: 20,000–25,000 AED per month (flexible for exceptional experience)
