One of our clients, an award-winning brand experience agency, is looking for a talented Design Director to join their growing team. You’ll play a pivotal role in leading their creative studio, working on innovative projects across 3D built environments for top-tier clients. Your mission? To push creative boundaries, deliver exceptional work, and inspire your team to do the same.

In this role, client interaction is a key focus. You should thrive on building strong partnerships with clients, understanding their vision, and consistently surpassing their expectations with world-class creative solutions.
Culture wise they need someone who has a ‘can-do’ attitude, a confident communicator, with a personality that can sell in the vision and bring clients on the creative journey.
This could also be an Associate Design Director role if this level role is more relevant to you.
Essential Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in 3D built environments, exhibitions, or related fields.
• Has a degree/formal training in design, with extensive experience in 3D built environments, exhibitions, or installations.
• Has an outstanding portfolio showcasing original, innovative work across 3D, experiential, or interior design projects.
• Excels at guiding the creative process, from concept to completion, ensuring every project aligns with both the brand and client needs.
• Is passionate about storytelling and can translate strategic insights into compelling creative solutions that resonate with audiences.
• Is a natural leader who can mentor, inspire, and grow junior team members, fostering an environment of collaboration and creativity.
• Loves to push the boundaries of creative work, and isn’t afraid to experiment and innovate in delivering cutting-edge designs.
• Strong presentation and client-facing skills, with experience working with global and high-profile clients.
• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure that the design solutions meet client needs
• Enjoys being hands-on with client interaction, running workshops, presenting ideas, and building lasting relationships.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and keeping everything on track – from budgets to deadlines.
• Proficiency in 3D design software and processes, with an understanding of emerging technologies.
