Job Description:

We’re working with a small but mighty creative studio who craft brilliant work across art, design and culture — and they’re looking for a confident, organised and proactive Studio Manager to join the team in their East London space. This is a maternity-leave cover so would be 9 months and may extend to 12 months.

A key role at the heart of the business, you will be making sure the studio runs smoothly day-to-day while keeping team culture high and clients happy. You’ll be the go-to person for facilities and IT, taking the lead on finance admin and invoicing, and be the friendly face that welcomes visitors and manages the studio diary.

You’ll also play a big part in shaping studio life — from parties and internal events, to supporting the publishing arm with logistics, shipping and eCommerce fulfilment. You’ll support the Creative Director and senior team across project and client admin, PR, new business opportunities and even get involved in content and social media.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, varied role and wants to be part of a creative, collaborative team where no two days are the same. It may suit if you are more senior but looking for a 4x day working week Monday – Thursday to work around family commitments.

Essential Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar Studio/Operations role in a creative or design-led environment

  • A natural organiser who takes pride in creating a brilliant place to work

  • Strong finance admin skills, and confidence with tools like Google Suite, Apple software, and ideally Adobe and project management tools

  • Friendly, people-first attitude — great with clients and team alike

  • Proactive and unflappable — happy juggling a few plates at once

Benefits:

  • Full time, 4x day work week

  • Studio-based role in East London

  • Salary negotiable based on experience
