Our client, an exciting AI Tech company based in London, is searching for a Marketing Operations Manager to join their fast-growing team. They need someone to manage and streamline the production of all creative assets, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.

 

The ideal candidate will be able to confidently collaborate with key members of the marketing team to establish timelines, asset parameters, and go-to-market strategies for multi-touch campaign workflows. You will enhance visibility of creative output through tools such as JIRA, as well as work closely with the finance, legal, and creative teams to maintain freelancer onboarding, including contracting and invoicing.

 

This is a strategic role as much as it is operational, where you will have the opportunity to work across the entire business and oversee some very exciting projects.

 

Essential Requirements:

  • 2+ years project management experience, preferably within product development work and content delivery
  • Confident working closely with the Team Leads to document, communicate, and facilitate best practices for special projects, BAU workflows, and rollout of creative resources
  • Proficient in using project management tools such as JIRA and Slack
  • Exceptional written and general communication skills, able to adapt across a range of internal platforms and audiences
  • Help manage campaigns timelines big and small, assets, and go-to-market strategies
  • Skilled in assessing marketing processes and finding ways to improve efficiency and quality of workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time within a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and positive, able to work under own initiative as well as collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to represent and streamline creative workflows
  • Always up to date with the latest technologies and trends in the marketing field
  • Excellent analytical skills, able to draw and gather insights from marketing data
