An independent digital creative agency who work with a host of well-known names in the FMCG sector are looking to hire an exceptional Creative Director with a strong copywriting background. The agency is going from strength to strength, winning a few pitches and building a growing talented team and creating award-winning work.
They are looking for a strong conceptual creative and communicator, who can drive the creativity inside and out of the agency. Working closely with their client list across digital strategy, website design and build, to content, digital and social campaigns. They are also developing ideas for key clients to stretch beyond digital channels across multiple markets.
- 10+ years of digital and integrated agency experience with ideally a copywriting background
- Must be a bright, ambitious, talented creative who strives for excellence at all times
- Strong understanding of digital and social media and an ability to adapt with the changing technical landscape
- Outstanding portfolio that showcases award winning digital work across multiple platforms
- Have excellent creative copywriting skills, from short witty copy lines to long intriguing copy
- Lead and inspire the creative team and agency, ensuring the quality of creative output is at a high standard
- Provide hands on guidance, setting the creative direction and attention to detail throughout each project
- Lead new business pitches, presentations and develop long lasting relationships with the client
- Manage, innovate, collaborate and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, developing skills and performance
- Must have a European passport or valid UK work permit to apply for this role
